What we collect

• Your email, only if you give it. If you ask us to email the printable checklist, we use your address to send it and to manage that list through our email provider. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Basic analytics. Like most sites, we measure visits and which pages help, using Google Analytics and Google Ads. This tells us whether our guidance is reaching the people who need it.
• Referral information. If you arrive from an ad or a link, we store the campaign tags from that link in a first-party cookie so we understand where visitors come from.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not show fake reviews or manufactured urgency. We do not require an account to use the guidance or to begin a memorial.

When you create a memorial

Creating a memorial hands you off to Memorygram (memorials.memorygram.com), our memorial product. Anything you enter there is handled under Memorygram’s own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can use this site without giving us your email. You can decline or clear cookies in your browser. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us through the contact page.
